Land Forces events

The Land Forces International Land Defence Exposition (Land Forces) is the premier platform for interaction between Defence, industry and government. Land Forces 2024 had a 3-day program integrating a defence industry exposition and a combination of presentations and conferences.

In partnership with the Australian Army, Land Forces hosted the Chief of Army Symposium (CAS). The theme of CAS was The Human Face of Battle and showcased Army Innovation Day (AID) and the Quantum Technology Challenge expositions

AID is a strategic collaboration between ASCA and the Australian Army, which highlighted the theme of Optimising the Soldier for Littoral Operations.

The AID program also showcased the three Sovereign Uncrewed Aerial System Challenge partners who exhibited their contract winning prototypes during the event.

At Land Forces, ASCA exhibited on the Department of Defence stand to highlight ASCA and engage in meaningful conversation with industry counterparts.

Head of ASCA, Professor Emily Hilder had the honour of taking part in the AMDA Innovation Awards where she announced the innovation award winners.

ASCA representatives also presented at the Australian Association of Uncrewed Systems conference to provide an update on ASCA activities.
